Promote employment equity

Systemic Participation aims to engage employers, MPs, employees, and job seekers to explore ways to alleviate key barriers faced by Black and Indigenous people during the hiring process. We are focusing on key sectors for the initial phase of the program, namely banking, insurance, new technologies, and large and medium-sized distribution.
