We would like to collaborate with your company to identify obstacles and find solutions for the recruitment, career advancement, and retention of your Black and Indigenous workforce.

In that instance, we would like to invite Hiring Managers from your organization to a virtual or in-person open discussion group, with the purpose of creating innovative solutions to develop a workforce that better reflects the Canadian demographic. 

Sessions will explore the following:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to diversify the workforce
• Collect and find ways to apply data to implement an equitable hiring process
• Strategic planning for fostering an equitable work environment after the recruitment phase, and workplace accountability.
